During Christmas time, many groups organize social work trips to villages to share with the local population. Every year near Christmas we go to a village to share hot chocolate, snacks, clothes and toys with less privileged children.  Today the team of Tour in Peru went to the village of Tucsan Grande to give out Christmas gifts, clothes, books, school supplies, and and hot chocolate.  We are committed to helping the people in the areas where we work, and sharing with them.

Many local children participated in games like tug of war, and other types of games.

The winners of each game received a prize.

When you take a tour with us, you help us to better be able to help people in such communities. Next year we plan to go to another village like this one near Christmas.  We invite you to participate by coming with us and participating in games with the children and giving out gifts.  You can do some of the same things we did this year in the village where we went.  You will be able to help local children and make the Christmas better. These children live in poor conditions and often have material needs.  They often do not have many toys or clothes or other material possessions.

We want to keep helping people by performing social work projects in these areas, and we ask you to help us if you are interested.  If you would like to give items to help people in our area, we gladly accept donations to give to people in villages like this one and also to people in Cusco who are less fortunate or who are disabled.
